The Avenue Retirement Hotel is a unique Life Rights retirement hotel where you can enjoy living in the wonderful tranquil seaside village of Fish Hoek.
This safe and secure environment is a 8-minute walk to the beach and is close to all conveniences such as doctors, dentists, chemists, restaurants, the library, hairdressers, retail stores, banks, ATMs, and rail link; close by are Clovelly Golf Course, Cape Point Nature Reserve and quaint Kalk Bay – famed for its antique shops and fishing harbour.

What you can expect at
The Avenue Retirement Hotel
We have 24-hour manned security with remote controlled gates and CCTV as well as weekly on-site clinic, emergency medical call button and 24-hour first aid responder at reception to ensure our residents’ safety and well-being.
Local doctors are available to do house calls. More extensive care can be arranged with a local private nursing service if needed.
Retire in Hotel Comfort
All our units feature bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A number of our suites comprise of a main bedroom plus lounge.
Occupation is immediate – there is currently no waiting list. We have a variety of units available to meet a wide range of Life Right purchase budgets.
All units are tastefully furnished and serviced on a regular basis. You can furnish your unit if you so wish. The Avenue Retirement Hotel is walker and wheelchair friendly.
Our reasonable levies include utilities three meals per day, morning and afternoon tea, service of rooms, as well as laundering of clothing and bedding weekly. We have limited on-site parking; this can be offered at a nominal fee when available.
The hotel dining room and lounges have been comfortably and beautifully decorated, complemented by a courtyard and sheltered terrace.
Wi-Fi and DSTv are available in communal spaces for resident enjoyment.
